Fresh Chocolate Covered Strawberries

* Note: As this recipe calls for heating in order to melt the chocolate, it is no longer raw.


  • A large basket of fresh strawberries
  • One box of Renee's Raw Chocolate


In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.

Once boiling, rest a metal mixing bowl over the top so that it rests above the boiling water, and place Renee's Raw Chocolate inside. Leave on high heat.

Stir chocolate occasionally until melted.

Meanwhile, place a large sheet of wax paper on a tray. When chocolate is melted, dip fresh strawberries into the chocolate until covered three-quarters of the way to their top, then place each strawberry on the wax paper. When all strawberries and dipped, place tray in the refrigerator for 90 minutes.

Once chocolate is chilled, serve and enjoy!


Best enjoyed fresh, within 6 hours of preparation.
